How do I find my driver at the airport?

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it. We also
send you the driver's details and contact number via SMS/Email before your flight lands.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights for delays. If your flight is late, your driver will adjust the pickup
time automatically. We offer 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands.
Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
Are child seats available?

Yes, we provide child seats upon request for most vehicle types. Please select the number and
type of child seats needed during the booking process.
Is the price fixed?

Yes, our prices are fixed and all-inclusive. The price you see when booking is the final price
you pay. There are no hidden fees for traffic or tolls.
